A New York man has been arrested and charged with violent attacks on women across Pennsylvania, including an assault where three women were punched in the face after walking near him in South Philadelphia last week.
Malcom White, 36, of Brooklyn, was arrested on Thursday after a brutal carjacking as police believe he is behind a series of recent brutal attacks on women in Philadelphia.
