Ansley Williams, who owns a number of Savannah-area restaurants as part of the Live Oak Restaurant Group, also owns several buildings in Nashville. One of the buildings is located at 166 Second Ave., right at ground zero, of the explosion, Williams said.
The FBI has identified Anthony Warner, 63 of Antioch, Tenn., as the bomber. Warner parked an RV on Second Avenue early Christmas morning that exploded, causing major property damage. Remains found indicate Warner was likely inside the vehicle when it exploded. No motive has been announced.
Williams sister, Betsy Williams, was at the multi-story, mixed-use building, living in an apartment on the third floor. Ansley and members of his family had just visited Nashville, leaving for home two days before Christmas.
