Rapids after this semi was blown from one side of the highway to another. Crews eventually got one lane of traffic flowing again northbound until they could remove the trailer from the road. A short time later, there was this crash along highway 151 near anamosa. Again, strong winds knocked over the trailer, taking the semi with it. That blocked the highway until crews could clear the scene. And finally, this semi was knocke northbound lanes of highway 13 just north of mount vernon road. The driver was taken to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries. In all, eight semis were reportedly knocked over by the winds in the cedar rapids metro area alone. Tonight, a local Police Officer indicted accused of putting a gun against a mans head and threatening to kill him. Attorney for the victim say a video shows confrontation involving officer jencheski santiago. Mike maureen, the 30 second cell phone video was recorded from a nearby car by the cousin of the man who dropped him off at his home here in bowie. Video shows the uniformed officer holding the weapon at the mans back and shoving him forward. The officer drops down to the mans mouth and all that 10 seconds go by with the gun at the mans head. And during this time prosecutors say that the officer threatened the mans life.
