Justin warmoth just stepped out of their news conference, justin, what are they telling you . The sheriff said they arrested a 23yearold in connection with the shooting. Right now, hes only being charged with carrying a concealed weapon and tampering with evidence. Chief john mina said more arrests will be made soon. This is the scene outside the early sunday morning. A fight broke out between two groups. 10 people were shot, two died and five were innocent bystanders enjoying a night out.
