He was acquitted of murder in the death of kate steinly was sentenced to three years in jail linked to the death in 2015. But with credit for time served, he will not serve any more time on that charge. Felony gun possession was the only conviction to come out of that trial. He now faces federal charges for being an undocumented immigrant in possession of a firearm. His lawyer says they will fight that charge. An attempted traffic stop in richmond last month led to police recovering two loaded guns and the arrest of four teenagers. A car was spotted blowing through a stop sign on curry street.
