SEPTA s King of Prussia rail line proposal nears final design phase

A new SEPTA commuter rail line in King of Prussia is nearing the final design phase. The transit authority plans to begin construction on a 3.8-mile, five-stop extension of the Norristown High Speed Line in Montgomery County in early 2024. The $2.1 billion project would create 8,000 jobs and increase property values by $2.5 billion, SEPTA says. The route would include two stations near the King of Prussia Mall.
