The Union County Public Library System is once again doing its neighborly duty, hosting the 10th annual Mister Rogers Neighborhood Sweater Drive in partnership with Arkansas PBS.
The Norphlet Public Library has been "reimagined, remodeled and is rebranding" according to a press release from the city of Norphlet, and celebrated with a community event on Saturday at the library s location on West Padgett Street in downtown Norphlet.
