About 4 30. Evacuations are in progress. Cal fire says the flames are moving at a dangerous rate of speed. At least 150 acres have already burned. Reporter i can tell you this is a fire that started a couple of hours ago. As you mentioned a little bit earlier, the winds out here are really the challenge to firefighters on this and on the other fire that you mentioned. This is a fire that happened in some pretty wide open space at the former Naval Weapons Station here in concord. At the moment, it does look like it has been knocked down pretty much.
