Flint lock construction out of mamaroneck, westchester county. They built other hotels in midtown including fairfield in and suites a few blocks from here, another luxury hotel. What we can say about this is this flint lock has a history of some safety violations in the past few years. They have been cited by osha for four safety Violations Including in 2013 they were fined a quarter of a Million Dollars in the building of a hotel because they didnt provide at least osha alleges, fall protection workers. Another item really clarifies for Property Management plans. In terms of transfer success or agencies were allowed to guess designate cities or Public Entity to approve a redevelopment plan and also clarified what this bill did that is pursuant to a Community Plan or 5year implementation plan. We provided some clarification for our particular purposes on the Property Management plan, it doesnt help us because we were able to fit one of the boxes and does help other entities as we know around the state. Lastly the bring to your attention there is a formula for loan repayments to the city or county that created the success or, the former redevelopment agencies. We do not have any outstanding loans from the city that the city expected to get paid back.
