Another item really clarifies for Property Management plans. In terms of transfer success or agencies were allowed to guess designate cities or Public Entity to approve a redevelopment plan and also clarified what this bill did that is pursuant to a Community Plan or 5year implementation plan. We provided some clarification for our particular purposes on the Property Management plan, it doesnt help us because we were able to fit one of the boxes and does help other entities as we know around the state.
