Dear Francis W. O’Brien,
You have decided your time has come to leave the political arena. So, this is the time to tell you how special you are to so many people. Every time your name comes up there is always a story.
You were always there for the “little guy. Once you were on Francis O’Brien’s “To Do List” you remained there until it was done. You told those closest to you that, every morning of your life as you were tying your shoes, you would promise yourself that you would do at least one thing to help someone that day.
