The UP government used a bulldozer on Monday morning to remove encroachment outside absconding politician Shrikant Tyagi s Noida residence. Tyagi, who claims to be a BJP leader, has been booked by police for allegedly assaulting and abusing a woman co-resident of Grand Omaxe.
Uniindia: Noida, Aug 8 (UNI) The Noida Administration on Monday brought in bulldozers and demolished illegal constructions by Shrikant Tyagi, who has been absconding after he was booked for misbehaving with a woman at a Noida Society.
Shrikant Tyagi case: Tyagi, who is at large since Friday evening, moved a local court in the Gautam Buddh Nagar district with a plea for surrender-related procedures but the hearing in the matter has been listed for August 10, a government lawyer informed.
