This is coming in from the west and southwest. There is no cold air. In advance of that here comes the next system. Thats coming from the west and the southwest. We have a southerly breeze coming in. You get a southwind and no cold air. Our lows which were in the 20s and 30s a week ago, they have come up along with the cloud cover. Thats why its so mild and warm. Thats why san jose and livermore hit 70 tomorrow. Some mist will develop. Mist and drizzle for some. This looks to be north of the golden gate.
