The ice is not allowing the river to flow normally so its spilling onto the banks and as we pull out, you can see in some areas specifically along river road in yardly, that means streets have flooded. Theres several barricades up protecting drivers and preventing cars from continuing down this stretch of river road at yardly. Now, i called police here to find out if there are any new flooding concerns this morning. So far were not hearing of any. But as you can see in this daylight video, there are other concerns here.
