His prison sentence ended in 1996 was deemed a sexually violent predator and confined to a state Mental Hospital until 2013 when doctors concluded after nearly 20 years he was fit for release. People say theyve been in front of his house every single day since he has moved there. They want him to go back to the state Mental Health hospital.
