Police say that lacey had six children at her home here on tuesday, she was inside tending to one of them when at 10 58 a. M. , she lost track of a 15monthold boy and found the toddler in a small fish pond in the backyard unresponsive. I heard her screaming she was devastated and in total shock. Paramedics were called and the child was unresponsive. The preliminary cause of death is drowning, nobody answered when we knocked on the door of the home. Later family members arrived but declined to comment.
