The waterloo Cedar Falls Courier reports 22 yearold, kriststher spates nior, has been charged with shooting a man. Prosecutors say a bullet from spates gun struck 31yearold ramarez gary of waterloo in the leg. His wound wasnt life threatening. Back on january 1st, police were called to a nightclub around 2 in the morning.
