A Montgomery County man formerly employed by the Glenville Highway Department is suing the town, claiming he was fired for reporting harassment that included homophobic slurs and being required to pick up tissues used by his alleged abuser to masturbate.

ROCKPORT Rockport police reported the following activity from Feb. 2-April 2. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. A person charged with a crime is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
Feb. 14
Elissa Bower, 23, of Rockport, was issued summonses by Officer Celjeta Bixhaku for operating under the influence, inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license.
Feb. 20
Stephanie Aiken, 37, of Union, was issued summonses by Bixhaku for inspection sticker and proof of insurance.
Feb. 27
James Lalor, 55, of Hope, was arrested by Officer Antonio Del Vecchio for operating under the influence.
