Photo: Khanh Linh / Tuoi Tre News Scaffolding collapsed from the second floor of a construction project in the northern Vietnamese province of Thai Binh on Tuesday afternoon, resulting in the fatalities of three workers. According to a source close to Tuoi Tre (Youth) Newspaper, the accident happened at around 6:35 pm when three workers on a four-member construction team were plastering walls on the second floor. The sudden scaffolding collapse from a height of 5.5 meters sent workers to the concrete floor, killing two people on the spot and seriously injuring another, who was later reported dead at Thai Binh Provincial General Hospital that same day.
