Into the Sexual Assault allegations the investigation found Heaggan Brown in violation of the Milwaukee Police code of conduct. Dominique Heaggan Brown had been on paid leave since the august shooting of Sylville Smith. Police say smith was armed and running from police before raising his gun toward officers. Thats when Heaggan Brown shot him ago. Heagganbrown was then arrested on Sexual Assault charges. He allegedly assaulted a man at his apartment after the two were drinking at a bar while watching coverage of the violent protests.
