We have been hearing for a very, very long time about a Sunni National guard. They cannot get their act together to begin. The military is effectively 95 shiite. There is no understanding how if we were able to take back ramadi there would be an effective multisectarian or sunniled military force that could hold it. The question i guess is for either of you. It just doesnt seem like we have the leverage with the body right now to get him to take the tough steps to fully integrate the military to give the sunnis participation in a force that would ultimately hold these areas once we take back.
