MOVE ‘Day of Remembrance’ honors lives lost By Betsey Piette posted on May 14, 2021 Philadelphia On the 36th anniversary of the horrific bombing of the MOVE family house in Philadelphia on May 13, 1985, hundreds gathered at Osage Ave. and Cobbs Creek Parkway at a plaque commemorating the event.  Speakers focused on naming and remembering the lives of the six adults and five children murdered by the repressive state.
