The chp says a woman lost control of a toyota mini van, veered to the left and hit a lexus, the impact partially ejected a passenger from the lexus, even though he was wearing a seat belt. He died from head trauma. Two other people in the lexus were hurt. In neighboring walnut creek one intersection has seen dozen of serious crashes over several years. Kpix 5 is at the spot on ignacio valley road where there have been lots of wrecks. Hey brian, of all of the accidents in recent years, 8 of them happen at this busy intersection.
