Special Judge Gary Arnold set the cash-only bond after an April 29 hearing. Hagler, 22, turned himself at the Arkansas Department of Probation and Parole’s Berryville office on April 26, according to court documents. Arnold had issued two separate warrants for Hagler’s arrest in June and July 2020 after probation officials reported that he had violated the terms of his probation by failing to report, failing to provide a sample for a drug test, admitting to using marijuana and methamphetamine and failing to maintain employment.

Hagler, 22, was booked into the Carroll County Detention Center at 9:30 a.m. Monday, according to the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office, which listed the arresting agency as the Arkansas Department of Probation and Parole. No further details regarding the arrest were available. Hagler’s bond is set at $75,000 and he is scheduled to appear at 9 a.m. Monday, June 7, in Carroll County Circuit Court in Berryville.
