The bail bid of an attorney facing a litany of charges relating to the murder and attempted murder of University of Fort Hare staff was postponed on Tuesday as there was no magistrate to preside over the matter. Pelisa Nkonyeni, the eighth accused in the case and the wife of another accused, a policeman, appeared in the Dimbaza magistrate’s court where her bail bid was scheduled to start.
