Investigation will take off from that point. Reporter all police know is that the alleged rape happened inside the suspect east side dorm room on campus early friday morning. The woman did not note the suspect and its not known how she got into his dorm room. Officials say the thirdparty the reported the rape was quiet to tell them. And alert was sent out to students and reminded them of the zero tolerance policy. The university teaches students what types of behaviors are forbidden and what to do in cases of sexual misconduct. Some students say its not that effective. Entering this environment, there is a disconnect between what you know and what you are willing to do. Reporter the sophomore says the brock turner case has had a Chilling Effect on peoples willingness to report sexual misconduct. Turner was convicted of three counts of Sexual Assault. This face was built in 1942 and shortly after they receive their first torpedo bomb which i just gone its production for the military and by october, this base was fully built and operational. It stayed open and commissioned until the end of 1946. The property where they built the base originally was a small golf course. President harding played golf here in the 20s. After things went south with the economy, and the attack on pearl harbor, the United States government was very interested in building a base here and the county sold land to the navy and they built the base. The torpedo bomber was very slow, poorly armored and was often shot down. The navy try to develop a better torpedo bomber and grumman and theres ready. It was on display december 7, 1941. One shooter is dead and police were looking for two men seen in the area with firearms but were able to clear one of those men as a person of interest. Ambulances and police raced to the Washington Navy yard where shots rang out shortly after 8 00 this morning. Helicopters evacuated victims for rooftop from rooftops. Police confirm families and injuries. One gunman is dead. A Law Enforcement officials tells cbs news, he had a handgun, Assault Rifle and a shot gun. Police pursued reports there might be two additional gunmen but theres no confirmation. We have an active search for additional suspects. Were asking people to stay in their homes.
