I grew up in Dutchess County new york and i received a nomination to the Us Naval Academy which i started one week after graduating high school 1989. I completed annapolis and was then commissioned in the u. S. Navy and served first as armscontrol action officer in the pentagon and then i moved on Surface Warfare ships and navy ships in the atlantic and in the middle east. I have been a lifelong student although i a joke around when i was at annapolis i dropped out and studied at night and then go to night classes.
