Police say hemming has a record of armed robbery, burglary, felony cocaine, vehicle theft, destruction of property, and now two counts each of attempted first and seconddegree murder. The latest charges stem from an incident last week when hemming allegedly tried to kill two Montgomery County detectives with a homemade pistol.
