And Union Employees here in the city are fighting for better wages and improved working conditions, and thus far, we heard from the mayor this morning, the two sides have not been able to reach an agreement on a contract. And this strike is now in the fourth day here in the city of oakland with 3000 Union Workers off the job right now.
