Massive waves barraged the coastline Thursday causing the city of Santa Cruz to shut the Santa Cruz Wharf and multiple beaches. Although the Wharf reopened to the public Friday, the viewing holes and Dolphin restaurant at the end of the more than hundred-year-old structure will remain closed until further notice. The Wharf and city beaches will also be closed Saturday until the afternoon.
