Portland overnight. And new this morning president elect donald trump is responding. Trump is backtracking on his first tweet about the protests. Where he blamed the media for inciting the protesters. Now h love the fact that the small groups of protesters last night have passion for our great country. We will all come together and be proud all through the night protesters were storming the streets streets in major cities all over the country and even in canada. In portland what started as a peaceful march quickly turned violent and became what police are calling a riot 42 48 pause for nats in this video people smashed car windows right and left. But in the background everyone turned to violence. There are people in that crowd, anarchist groups in that crowd that have created an incredibly unsafe and tumultuous environment.
