We are told that rescuers got the call at 10 30 this morning here on the 100 block of southford. You see the dramatic rescue of a person trapped in the basement of the home after the first floor collapsed. We learned from lni, that was not a worker but a person illegally on the property and crews were not aware he was in the home. The home was not under demolition at the time. The crews were there to assess and see what changes they need to make to the property.
