18yearold lance argol, his brother 20yearold chance and 18yearold chance, those are the names of the three young men who did not survive a wild car crash on sir Francis Drake boulevard last night. They didnt just drift off the road. They crossed an opposing lane of traffic. Reporter the call came in after midnight. Chance was driving.
