Deteriorating facades can pose significant threats to Pedestrian Safety and this is an issue that was highlighted following the recent earthquake that impacted much of napa. Not only does this measure aim to reduce Pedestrian Safety hazards before following an earthquake, it also serves to reduce post earthquake facade debris blocking First Responders priority access routes.
