Last weekend here it was packed, people eating indoors and outdoors and now Indoor Dining has shut down because were in the purple tier and now the curfew starts this weekend, tomorrow. This is, of course, in response to covid numbers rising throughout the state. The bay area is maintaining a nightlife and the curfew will make it tougher. They will have to adapt. On the weekends we were allowed until 11 00 and we were happy with the extension while we had it. Some type of spread from the nightlife, i believe so. With a Record Number of people voting early this election season, there are already concerns tonight about missing ballots in the east bay, dozens of voters reported not receiving confirmation that their ballot was received by the Contra Costa County elections division. Kron fours justine waltman here now with details and whether or not foul play is believed to be involved justine. Well Contra Costa County has 37 drop off ballot boxes. But theres one question tonight, and thats the box thats right outside of Richmond City hall, dozens of voters say they dropped off their ballots there on october 12 and the county has not been able to confirm receipt of those ballots so theyre lost and the county doesnt know where they are tonight.
