The students here at Suitland High School. They are mourning the death here in the last couple of hours. The mother of the 18yearold who was killed last night spoke to Prince Georges County bureau chief tracee wilkins, talked a little bit about her son and exactly what has happened. Obviously a very difficult time here. What are her memories and thoughts of what happened . Well, she said first of all shes mourning with the rest of this community, what happened with charles and what happened on monday. Covered that monday night, you were here tuesday and its devastating for every parent in this community. And then she said, just to think of the same thing happening to her son, it was very difficult for her. I was so hurt i just started praying for that mother and that little boy and then just to know that i had just took my son to school and i wouldnt see him again and this has happened.
