The potential to opt out and with mr. Blazer i just felt we had other things to do that could help build our sport as well and there was some concern that if i brought it to mr. Blazers attention i may feel a level of discomfort in other ways. Did you see peers feel discomfort in other ways in order to confront mr. Blazer . It would be hard to categorize it that way. But more than that its a decision about how we treat each other, how we respect each other, how we acknowledge that as Justice Kennedy said people shouldnt have to be lonely. People can have relationships and love one another and on and on. It was a quite moving decision to me. But you put your finger on the next big challenge, and that is discrimination. If we could get that on the screen. And this is the directive that went out to managers, is that correct, telling them not to reace the erase the data. Correct. This went out on may 22nd, 2013.
