IIT Madras incubated startup sets Guinness Record
IIT Madras incubated startups GUVI and AICTE has set Guinness Record with 1.12 lakh people taking part in the online ‘AI for India’ event.

As many as 1,12,314 people participated in the ‘AI-for-India’ Initiative organized on April 24-25, 2021 by IIT Madras-incubated startup GUVI and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to upskill Indians in Python programming language. They set the world Guinness record for ‘Most numbers of users to take a programming lesson in 24 Hours,’ beating the previous record by 50 times.
The vision imparted by Sridevi, Co-founder and Ex-COO of GUVI to impart knowledge and skill of AI to every nook and corner of India was GUVI’s guiding light to reach this milestone.

Delhi: IIT Madras-incubated startup GUVIis collaborating with the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) to upskill 10 lakh Indians in coding through a one-day free workshop called ‘AI-For-India 1.0.’ This event is expected to set the World Record for the largest coding workshop conducted online.
Targeted towards students, IT professionals, and anyone in the age group of 8 to 80 years interested in coding, the event is scheduled to be conducted on 24th April 2021. Registrations have already begun and can be done on the GUVI’s AI-for-India website:https://www.guvi.in/AI-for-India?ref=aicte
GUVI being known for offering technology courses in Vernacular languages, does the AI skilling in 4 languages namely English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu, on the day of event. Learners can upskill based on their preferred language of choice.

New Delhi [India], April 20 (ANI/ Oswaal Books): Education Ministry has said that CBSE will work out a system objective criterion to evaluate the students performance for preparing the Class 10 Board exam results.
Adding more on the objective criterion , Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal said CBSE will use internal assessments and practical exam marks to promote Class 10 students to the next class. When students are not satisfied with the marks obtained through objective criterion , they will be also be provided with an opportunity to take the exams when the conditions are conducive to hold the exams
