Reporter the officer went to court surrounded by Police Officers, he only spoke on the witness stand telling the court he knew he was seriously injured, the man who shot him never said a word to him before or after the ambush. He describes that he was bent over from the waist with his head basically in his lap. He had his left arm shielding his head. Hartnett was seen leaving the hospital two weeks after the shooting. He saw the gun and had only seconds to duck down before the shots were fired. He says after chasing Edward Archer he went back to his patrol car to give himself first aid. When he was on the gurney he assisted medical pesh nell in removing his gun belt. Archer didnt say anything. His lawyer says its too early to talk about taking a plea but hints archers mental state may play into his defense. Exploded on a subway train leaving 20 dead. Dozens were wounded at both locations. Among them three americans. Mormon Church Officials say three missionaries from utah were seriously injured in the Brussels Airport terrorist attack. This is a live look at the Brussels Airport which has been shut down.
