For stocks today capped the best week so far this year. The dow, nasdaq and s p 500 all gained more than 2 . The week. Nasdaq touched its highest level in nearly 14 years and ran its win streak to seven consecutive sessions. The longest such streak since last july. Now all ten of the s p 500 sectors were positive for the week led by utilities, health care and materials. Investors shrugged off a drop in Industrial Production data and today at least said, snow what, to winter weather. The dow gained 126 points. The s p 500 rose more than 8. The nasdaq picked up 3. Gold was higher by 19 an ounce closing at 1319. In the process it broke through a key level and traders say look for gold to rise now in small increments. Negligence. The attorney stated that she was not in the hospital when they found her body. He shared with me new information about what she was actually wearing when she was discovered dead. She was dressed in her own clothes, her purse was near her body. The attorney stated that she left personal belongings behind. Herself on however, was left in her room, on the bed, she was a blanket over it. Family put up posters and stated that she was last seen wearing something different. It is unclear now if this is what she was wearing at the time of her death. It is clear that she never left the hospital alive. Logic tells you that when she was therestashed in the family is shocked that someone wearing a name tag at the hospital might have seen her suffering in the stairwell and even told another staff member. This is a Newcomb Point in the Health Care New component in the health care overhaul. Millions of americans would have their existing plans canceled because they wont meet the new requirement. There are also allegations that the administration knew this would happen. It conflicts with what the president said back in 2012 saying that people would be able to keep their plans. Now, another component of the Health Care Law is that people can now sign up a little bit later. They have a sixweek extension on the deadline. Originally they were supposed to sign up for health care if you werent insured by february 15. Now the deadline is march 31 but there is some confusion that goes along with that extension. Nursing supervisor that there may have been someone laying down or sleeping below. Four days later the body of 57yearold Lynn Spalding was found in that same exterior stairwell on october 8th. Nearly three weeks after she disappeared from her hospital room at sf general. There were no signs of foul play. She was being treated for a bladder infection, and that man may have been the last person who saw her. Ucsf police and San Francisco police are trying to find him. He may have had on a ucsf name badge, possibly a resident or other worker. Now here at sf general theyre checking through hundreds of hospital ids, but so far no luck finding him. A spokesperson for sf general shared this morning what he told that supervisor when he got back inside. Then he said, bowe, by the way, it looks like theres someone down further down on the stairwell. Maybe asleep or, you know, not sure, but it looks like theres someone down there.
