First lets get straight to a developing story coming out of Washington State. Police are searching for at least one shooter who killed five people at a shopping mall. Happened last night before nine at the cascade mall outside seattle. The five victims, four women and one man, were shot inside a macys store. Police have released a photo of the suspected shooter. Who they say is armed and still at large. They are asking people in the city of burlington to stay inside and avoid the mall. The family of a man shot and killed by police in north carolina. Has released cell phone video of the moments leading up to the shooting. Hasnt done anything. He has a tbi. Hes not going to do anything to you guys. He just took his medicine. Keith scott was shot and killed by police earlier this week. Charlottes police chief said he believes scott was holding a gun based on evidence and witness statements. But also said the Police Dash Cam video which he refuses to release is not clear enough to show it.

Is behind bars this morning facing murder charges following this weekends domesticrelated homicide. Police say 48 yearold Michael Kaplan called police around five yesterday medical attention. When police arrived, they found a 30year old woman dead inside from apparent stab wounds. Kaplan was arrested onscene and booked on open murder charges. Three children were in the home at the time of the murder. Theyve been taken into child protective services. It hurts cries i just want to hug those kids. Moments ago i just interviewed a guy who says he was inside starbucks when this all went down. Between his testimony and what police are saying it sounds like there were a few minutes of complete chaos inside the coffee shop. Calls inii this being a hostage situation because of the way witnesses described laying on the floor while the shooter was screaming and yelling and shooting.
