Home that Ronald Anderson used as a mill drop and to meet his pro mail drop and to meet his probation officer, marcus barr said he was shocked to hear he was the man who allegedly kidnapped his girl friend, shot and killed a Security Guard, Lawrence Buckner in suitland, and then led scores of police on a chase that ended on h street.
