That delay extends past Central Avenue. My best advice so you dont get stuck in about an hour and a half of extra traffic this morning hop off the inner loop at least by Central Avenue, work your way through the city and then hook back onto the inner loop at branch avenue. That will definitely save you some time. Be prepared because of bailout traffic. Secondaries once you get off Central Avenue are going to be jammed. Same story on pennsylvania avenue.
