Counties are in the purple tier and i want to break down what that means whether you live in the county or do not. Take a look at the list of counties on the list of items on your screen. This is the restrictions for the counties in purple. Items on the left are businesses required to operate outside. They include restaurants, wineries, gyms, museums, zoos, card rooms and places of worship. Those items on the right side can continue indoors. Malls and retail shops can continue inside but at 25 capacity. Beauty shops, barber shops and other personal Care Services can remain inside as long as youre following the appropriate protocols. Keep in mind all of this is a minimum. Some counties are able to do additional restrictions. Thats exactly what happened in San Francisco. Theyve already ended indoor dining. But as it stands now for those counties in red, wineries and card rooms for those three counties must stay outdoors. Again, thats for the counties in red. Churches, movie theaters are
