The man who lives in that town home right there where you can see the Police Vehicles are backed up to that he was dressed in a military vest and gear, was armed with an ar15 Assault Rifle and at least one other firearm. At around 12 50 this morning his neighbors called 911 reporting he was trying to break into their upstairs window, a window he was able to access through a common roof they share. When police confronted the armed suspect, one of the officers fired a shot at him, missed. But the suspect ended up surrendering, was taken into custody.
