Charlotte H. Pease, obituary

Charlotte Hunt Pease. CAMDEN Beloved wife and mother, Charlotte Hunt Pease, 81, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on February 24, 2021. She was born on a chicken farm in Lincolnville on May 5, 1939 to Grace Parsons and Ralph Merton Hunt. When she was 13 years old, Charlotte attended a community dance where she met the love of her life, Nathan Pease, Jr. They never looked back. Nate and Charlotte had a life-long love affair that romance books are written about. They were engaged when Charlotte was 14, and were married on December 16, 1956 when she was 17. In January of 1957, they left for a 6-month adventure to Panama, where Nate was stationed during the Korean Conflict. Even though they were desperately poor, they had the time of their lives and always fondly reminisced about it. They came home during the summer of 1957 settling in East Union and started their family of four children. December 16, 2020 marked 64 years of marriage. However, they were together over 67 years.
