New Delhi: The CBI will on Monday file the charge sheet against five accused, including three TMC leaders arrested earlier in the day, in the Narada sting case wherein politicians were purportedly caught taking money on camera, officials said.
The central agency arrested Trinamool Congress leaders Firhad Hakim, Subrata Mukherjee and Madan Mitra as well as former party leader Sovan Chatterjee in Kolkata in connection with the case this morning.

Four political heavyweights, including two ministers of the ruling Trinamool Congress government and a party MLA, were on Monday arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) in the Narada sting operation case and were granted interim bail in the evening.

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, who was camping at the CBI office in Kolkata since Monday morning following the arrest of three TMC leaders in connection with the Narada sting case, finally left the building at around 5 PM.
While leaving the building, Mamata Banerjee said, Court will give the decision, indicating that her government will challenge the arrest of four leaders in the court.

Kolkata: After a day-long drama, four top Trinamool Congress leaders, who were arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in the Narada sting operation case on Monday morning, were granted interim bail by a special CBI court here.
The Central probe agency is likely to move the higher court in this matter.
The state witnessed high drama since Monday morning after CBI sleuths arrested two Trinamool Congress ministers Firhad Hakim and Subrata Mukherjee along with present MLA Madan Mitra and former Kolkata Municipal Corporation Mayor Sovon Chattopadhyay.
