A Kailua-Kona man facing a myriad of offenses following an eight-vehicle crash in Captain Cook was granted supervised release by a Kona District Court judge.
On Monday, Dylan Alcain and his wife Leilani Alcain appeared before Judge Kimberly Taniyama for an initial appearance after being arrested and charged in connection to two Hele Gas Station break-ins one in Kona and the other in Captain Cook; an armed robbery in Kona Paradise Subdivision in South Kona; and shooting at police officers.
