The gathering that youre looking at right now is a part of an International Womens strike known as the day without a woman strike. The purpose behind this is to show the economic power of women around the country by asking women to skip work or school and to avoid purchasing anything from in stores or online. What was going on before this happened . Its way too early to talk about motive. Were still only three hours into our investigation. Our investigators are just now getting on the scene to map out exactly what happened. As i stated earlier based on that broadcast, thanks to some great witnesses, the Richmond Police department detained some possible suspects so were working to learn what occurred. Reporter we have video of a silver dodge on a tow truck in a residential neighborhood and apparently thats the suspect vehicle. Correct. Reporter can you talk about how they were apprehended .
