AAI reviews Jewar airport plan, gives nod | Noida News

The masterplan for the airport has been approved by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), officials have said. A final security clearance from the Bureau of Civil Aviation (BCA) is all that’s required now to start construction at the site. Officials of Noida International Airport Limited (NIAL), the UP government’s special purpose vehicle for the project, said on the masterplan was sent to AAI to ensure that all technical aspects were being complied with. “We have now received the approval as well as some suggestions from AAI. They have reviewed the project masterplan,” said Arunvir Singh, chief executive officer of NIAL.
